dressed up as sushi -- into your life with this deluxe gift set,
including a 500-piece puzzle. If you are new to the wonderful world
of sushi cats (or, Neko-Sushi), we're happy to formally introduce
you to these magical creatures. Sushi cats are an extremely unusual
life-form consisting of a cat on top of a portion of sushi rice.
But make no mistake, these sushi cats are not for eating. As the
story goes, the history of sushi cats is nothing more than the
history of mankind itself and they have been known to influence
humans since the beginning of time. Discover your love for sushi
cats with this deluxe 500-piece puzzle, perfect for cat lovers
everywhere. Set includes: * 500-piece puzzle: Printed on
high-quality stock, this full-color puzzle includes 500 printed
pieces that form a scene of all fourteen sushi cats. Finished
puzzle measures approximately 16" X 20". * Book: Flip through an
informative, 32-page illustrated book (5 X 6") on the history of
sushi cats, describing where sushi cats come from (Sushi Cat
Island, of course) and how they've traveled around the world on
their flying plates spreading joy. * Fully-illustrated wafer-sealed
box.
A gorgeous, coffee-table collection that captures the energy,
excitement and, of course, the love, behind Peanuts's first-ever
partnership and public art exhibition with seven major
internationally renowned artists including Nina Chanel Abney, AVAF
(Assume Vivid Astro Focus), FriendsWithYou, Mr. A (Andre Saraiva),
Tomokazu Matsuyama, Rob Pruitt, and Kenny Scharf. Launched in early
2018, the Peanuts Global Artist Collective--which features dozens
of specially commissioned pieces by seven high-profile
distinguished artists--has been an international sensation that
includes major public art displays in more than seven cities around
the world, as well as product and retail partnerships. The artists
selected to reinterpret the work of Charles Schulz are Nina Chanel
Abney, AVAF (Assume Vivid Astro Focus), FriendsWithYou, Mr. A
(Andre Saraiva), Tomokazu Matsuyama, Rob Pruitt, and Kenny Scharf.
This beautifully designed and illustrated tie-in book collects the
original works by each artist as well as interviews and information
on what inspired their unique and delightful renditions of our
favourite Peanuts characters. It also includes behind-the-scenes
imagery and rarely seen material from the Peanuts archive.
If you are new to the wild, wonderful world of sushi cats (or,
Neko-Sushi), we're happy to formally introduce you to these magical
creatures. The brainchild of a Japanese company, sushi cats are an
extremely unusual life-form consisting of a cat on top of a portion
of sushi rice. But make no mistake, these sushi cats are not for
eating. As the story goes, the history of sushi cats is nothing
more than the history of mankind itself and they have been known to
influence humans since the beginning of time. In this all at once
odd, charming, and delightful picture book for all ages, Once Upon
a Sushi Cat takes you on a journey through an imaginary history
describing where sushi cats come from (Sushi Cat Island, of
course), and how they've traveled around the world on their flying
plates spreading joy. Although we've gathered a little information
from various researchers and witnesses, their existence is shrouded
in mystery and sightings remain rare. Featuring 40+ full-color
photos that are both strange and hilarious, a captivating story,
and cheeky captions throughout, prepare to be blown away by these
fantastic felines.

The third album from the 1960s Los Angeles-based psychedelic
rockers the Peanut Butter Conspiracy found the outfit continuing
their synthesis of sunshine pop, folk-rock, blues, and psychedelic
experimentation. The male-female vocals of Alan Brackett and
Barbara Robinson lilt and lull, and the band's bouncy, tuneful, and
sometimes raucous energy pays heed to contemporaries such as
Buffalo Springfield, Big Brother and the Holding Company, and
Jefferson Airplane. Although the Peanut Butter Conspiracy's first
two outings have an edge on this one, FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES is a
time capsule of the West Coast `60s sound, and comes recommended
for fans of vintage `60s psychedelia.
